West Virginia Lottery goes online with NeoPollard Interactive – Gaming Intelligence

The West Virginia Lottery has entered a new era with the launch of its NeoPollard Interactive-powered iLottery platform.

The iPlay platform from NeoPollard Interactive (NPi) went live on Thursday and allows lottery players to purchase draw game tickets and play eInstant games online.

At the heart of the solution is the NeoSphere platform, which manages the iPlay program and offers popular games such as Powerball, Mega Millions, and Lotto America, alongside convenience features such as Quick Pick, auto-renewal subscriptions, and favorite numbers.

Players can also enjoy a variety of iNSTANT games from the NeoGames Studio, including VIP Platinum, Underwater Treasures, and Queen of Diamonds, with additional titles from the Pollard Digital Games Studio to be added before the end of the year.

“We are incredibly excited for this new chapter of playing Lottery games in West Virginia,” said West Virginia Lottery director John Myers. “The iLottery program allows players to participate completely from the comfort of their homes and adds a level of convenience for those who like to play.

“We are happy to also introduce our new loyalty program and are thrilled to be the first state to unveil iLottery, a new loyalty program, and brand-new website, all concurrently. We are extremely proud of our team as they have worked diligently to prepare for this launch.”

The PlayOn loyalty program allows lottery players to accrue points for both in-person and online purchases by completing activities online. Members will also gain exclusive access to second-chance promotions and a variety of rewards.

“Not only will iLottery sales help generate revenue for the State that helps education, seniors, tourism, and veterans from all the proceeds, but they will also help improve sales at our brickand-mortar retailers as they partner with PlayOn,” continued Myers. “We are eagerly awaiting the fun, but want to stress the importance of playing responsibly and in a safe manner.”

The iLottery platform will be supported by a full suite of managed service from NPi, including a Player Support Center that will be available 24/7 to provide assistance on both iPlay and PlayOn account inquiries and technical issues.

“We are thrilled to partner with the West Virginia Lottery to bring the iPlay program to life,” said Colin Hadden, general manager for NeoPollard Interactive. “The launch of iPlay, in conjunction with a new website, mobile app, and PlayOn loyalty program, marks a significant milestone for the West Virginia Lottery.

“We are confident that the comprehensive solution from NPi will deliver an unparalleled gaming experience to lottery players across the state.”

NPi, a joint venture between NeoGames (now part of Aristocrat Interactive) and Pollard Banknote, was awarded the long-term contract to provide the West Virginia Lottery with an iLottery platform last October.

Shares in Aristocrat Interactive parent company Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. (ASX:ALL) closed marginally lower at AU$61.50 per share in Sydney Friday, having set a new 52-week high of $62.19 per share earlier in the day. Shares in Pollard Banknote Ltd.
