Pennsylvania Lottery ticket worth 0,000 sold online

(WHTM) – A Pennsylvania Lottery ticket worth six figures was recently sold.

The Lottery says the $100,000 Powerball ticket was won by an online player from Philadelphia during the Wednesday, June 12 drawing. The player also used the $1 Power Play option to double the winnings from $50,000 to $100,000.

The ticket matched four of the five white balls drawn, 19-30-31-61-62, and the red Powerball 21 to win $100,000, less applicable withholding.

Winners are not known until the prize is claimed and tickets are validated. Powerball winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize and winners should contact a Lottery retailer.

More than 19,000 other Powerball tickets won prizes in Pennsylvania during Wednesday’s drawing. The Powerball jackpot now sits at an estimated value of $34 million or $16 million in cash for the Saturday, June 15 drawing.
