Through September 12, players can enter non-winning $5 Steelers Fast Play game tickets into the Second-Chance Drawing, with each ticket earning five entries. A separate Online Prize Drawing runs from August 7 through September 11, allowing online players to win tickets to a Steelers regular season home game by playing the online version of the Steelers game.
Entries can be submitted through the VIP Players Club at palottery.com or by using the Official App. Winners will be announced on the website. WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Metropolitan Police Department has arrested two individuals for multiple theft offenses following incidents at a CVS store in Southeast D.C.
On Wednesday morning, a man stole merchandise from the CVS located in the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Southeast. He later returned with a woman, and together they stole more items. Police arrested the pair as they exited the store. Anthony Dickey, 26, of no fixed address, and Tenisha Moss, 26, of Southeast, were taken into custody.
Dickey faces charges of Theft Two, Unlawful Entry, and four counts of Contempt of Court. Following an investigation, he was also charged with theft and unlawful entry for incidents on August 5 at locations on Maine Avenue, Southwest, and K Street, Northwest.
Moss is charged with Theft Two. She also faces an additional charge of theft for an incident on February 5 in the Unit block of I Street, Southeast.

Mentor Resident Wins $10K on Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off
MENTOR, OH — A lucky Ohio Lottery player has claimed a $10,000 prize after playing the Triple Red 777 scratch-off ticket purchased at Convenient Food Mart #3-120 on Corduroy Road in Mentor.
After deductions for mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28%, the winner will receive approximately $7,200.
Triple Red 777 is a $10 scratch-off game with a top prize of $500,000. As of August 8, five top prizes remain, along with numerous other prizes.
