Italian fashion house Missoni is making its first foray into Toronto’s real estate market with the launch of Missoni Sky, a new luxury residential tower.

Developed with Toronto’s Amexon Development Corporation, one of Toronto’s leading real estate developers, Missoni Sky will bring the brand’s signature zigzag patterns and vibrant color palettes to life across the entire tower. In particular, Missoni’s rich artistic legacy will be found in the lobbies, rooftop terraces and the fashion-inspired amenities, across its furnishings, textiles, and wallpapers.

“Missoni Sky represents the successful translation of our brand’s style into an immersive living experience,” said Alberto Caliri, creative director of Missoni Home. “This development brings Missoni’s artistic essence to life, infusing every corner of the tower with our distinctive approach.

To realize this vision, Missoni teamed up with Toronto-based design studio II By IV Design.

Dan Menchions, principal at II By IV Design added: ”Working with Missoni has been an incredible journey, allowing us to craft living spaces that feel like stepping into a piece of art – modern, bold, and timeless.”

Located near Toronto’s King-Jarvis design district, the tower’s sleek, modern silhouette rises from an eight-storey brick podium that will house a boutique hotel, restaurants, and luxury residences. Above the podium, a glass tower offers residents panoramic views of Lake Ontario and the city skyline. The award-winning Core Architects designed the structure.

Missoni Sky will also be a leader in sustainable development, integrating numerous eco-friendly features, such as electric vehicle charging stations at every parking space, in line with Amexon’s Green Development Standard.
