After participating in a one-sided feud with Drake in 2024, Kendrick Lamar isn’t done with him yet. 

The multi-time Grammy winner heads to Toronto to perform songs from his latest studio album, GNX. The “Grand National Tour” comes to Rogers Centre on June 12, 2025. 

The event is significant since Drake, born in Toronto, has never done a show at the biggest venue in the city. It adds to Kendrick one-upping Drake following the releases of “Not Like Us,” “Meet the Grahams,” and “Euphoria” in May.  

According to various reviews, Kendrick brought the energy from “Not Like Us” to the new album.

“Not like us is the energy of who I am, the type of man I represent,” Drake said to Harper’s BAZAAR. “Now, if you identify with the man that I represent … This man has morals, he has values, he believes in something, he stands on something. He’s not pandering. 

“He’s a man who can recognize his mistakes and not be afraid to share the mistakes and can dig deep down into fear-based ideologies or experiences to be able to express them without feeling like he’s less of a man. If I’m thinking of ‘Not Like Us,’ I’m thinking of me and whoever identifies with that.”

Rules vary depending on the event at the Rogers Centre. For concerts, bags measuring 7x4x2 inches are allowed in the stadium. 

Large bags are not permitted. However, soft-sided bags, such as diaper bags, medical bags and small purses/knapsacks are permitted.
