K-drama stars Hyun Bin and Lee Dong-wook sent fans into a frenzy as soon as they graced the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival. The duo made an appearance as their film Harbin premiered at the prestigious film festival.

Hyun Bin and Lee Dong-wook make waves at 2024 TIFF

On September 9, Harbin premiered at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival, in the Gala program of the festival. Prior to the film’s premiere, lead actors Hyun Bin and Lee Dong-wook made an appearance at the TIFF 2024 red carpet. As soon as the duo stepped out of their cars, they were greeted with loud cheers from fans. Take a look at how the actors’ fans welcomed them at the coveted film festival’s red carpet:

About Harbin

Set in 1909, the highly-awaited film reportedly depicts the suspenseful pursuit between those heading to Harbin in northern China for a mission. Among them is renowned Korean independence fighter Ahn Jung-geun, who killed Ito Hirobumi, Japan’s first prime minister and resident-general of Korea, at Harbin Station.

Directed by Woo Min-ho, Harbin stars Hyun Bin alongside Park Jung-min, Jeon Yeo-been, Jo Woo-jin, Yoo Jae-myung, Park Hoon and Lee Dong-wook. As per the film’s distributor, the Hyun Bin starrer is expected to hit theaters in the second half of the year.
