Comedian and actor Fortune Feimster documented her bike ride around Toronto with former politician, body builder and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger in a video posted online this week.

The pair, who were in Canada for the second season of comedy-action Netflix series Fubar, were joined by co-stars Travis Van Winkle and Monica Barbaro. Season two began filming in April, per Canadian Cycling Magazine.

In the video, Feimster comments about cycling during a “beautiful sunny day” while panning the camera outward to reveal a grey backdrop. The castmates can be seen in various areas around Toronto, including Yorkville and Queen Street West.

Feimster points her camera at the CN Tower, referring to it as “the needle” in jest.

“You know, we really blend in riding bikes with Arnold Schwarzenegger,” she says, laughing, as they ride by the Queens Park entrance to the Royal Ontario Museum. She and Van Winkle then proceed to do a Schwarzenegger impression in a thick Austrian accent.

Wrapping up the video, Feimster asks Schwarzenegger how the bike ride was.

“You are in good shape. I was stunned by the tricks you did,” he says jokingly, as Feimster feigns shock.

“But then you fell into the water,” he adds.

Many people commenting on the video, posted to both Instagram and TikTok, expressed concern that the actors were not wearing helmets.

“You’re putting too much faith in Toronto drivers. Helmet up!” said one TikTok user.

“Helmets!!!” wrote another, getting right to the point.

“Please pick up some helmets!” wrote one person on Instagram. “I bike all over Toronto. It’s awesome but know so many people who have been saved by helmets, especially on those streetcar tracks. Safe travels!”

Another on Instagram called the actors “brave” for not wearing helmets because “[Toronto is] not much of a bike friendly city.”

The Bloor-Yorkville BIA also captured Schwarzenegger on a bike ride in the neighbourhood.

Viewers can check out Fubar’s filming locations in Toronto, which are on a map provided by Netflix. They include Roy Thomson Hall, Exhibition Place, Rosetta McClain Gardens and the Scarborough Bluffs.

“With its diverse population, variety of architectural styles, and stunning natural landscapes, Toronto was the perfect place to stand in for New York State, Belgium, Moldova, or Kazakhstan to fight the evil villains,” in the series, according to Netflix.
