Are the LCBO, Beer Store and Wine Rack open on Canada Day?

Did you forget to buy enough drinks to last you until the holiday Monday this Canada Day weekend?

There are options, but you have to know where to go.

LCBO

Sorry, all LCBO stores will be closed on Monday, July 1.

The exception is that LCBO Convenience Outlets may operate. These are independent local retailers in communities that don’t have an LCBO nearby that are authorized to sell alcohol. Where local bylaws permit, those businesses may operate and sell alcohol, if they choose to. You can learn more about this program online.
