Sex- and dope-loving San Francisco socialite Khazar Elyassnia has proven to be a hot mess testifying in her brother’s murder trial.

Nima Momeni, 40, is accused of murdering tech billionaire Bob Lee in San Francisco in April 2023. Lee made his fortune with Cash App.

Since the 43-year-old entrepreneur was brutally slain, the curtain has been pulled back on high-flying Frisco sex and dope parties starring high society ingenues and tech bros alike.

And in the centre of the trial is Elyassnia, 38, who is married to a wealthy plastic surgeon. The stunning witness who arrives each day dressed to the nines in pricey designer clothes was Lee’s swinging partner.

On Monday, she testified about her interactions with her part-time paramour’s alleged dope dealer. She claimed the dealer had previously harassed her. Late last week, she testified that her brother “was not the one that killed Bob.”

The accused killer’s lawyers have conceded that Momeni did, in fact, stab Lee to death. The legal eagles cited self-defence.

Elyassnia earlier outlined for the court her drug-induced lifestyle, confession that she used cocaine, LSD, nitrous oxide, and the date-rape drug GHB. That was just on the day before Lee was slain.

Prosecutors are expected to argue Lee’s murder was triggered by a matter of honour. Momeni allegedly believe the tech bro drugged and raped his sister at an orgy.

CCTV captured Lee and Momeni leaving Elyassnia’s ritzy Frisco apartment. An hour later, Lee was found several blocks away with stab wounds.

He died shortly after.

Court saw a text message between the siblings in which she warned Momeni: “I’m going to get to the bottom of this and find out what happened to Bob. I’ll ask or the cops will.”

But she testified she doesn’t remember sending the message. She was wasted at the time.

Her brother responded: “I talked to the attorney today about your overdose and attempted rape case.”

She replied: “Lol, you dumb f***, Bob never touched me, No one did.”

Last week, prosecutors suggested that sometimes her overbearing brother made Elyassnia angry. In one of their text message exchanges, she lambasted him for getting her dope dealer to stop selling her Xanax.

And she would go through tanks of nitrous oxide.

Momeni has pleaded not guilty.
