Sentry Fire Protection Co. of Asheboro has been acquired by Century Fire Protection, a subsidiary of FirstService Corp. of Toronto. Terms were not disclosed.
Sentry Fire Protection, established in 2008, is a fire sprinkler installation and inspection services provider to commercial and retail clients in the Triad.
The management teams of both businesses have retained minority equity interests and will continue to oversee their respective day-to-day operations.
FirstService had more than $4.6 billion in fiscal 2023 revenues with about 30,000 employees across North America.
