Full-floor $16M units sell quickly in Toronto – Daily Commercial News
TORONTO — Developer North Drive has announced its One Roxborough West luxury condo project in Toronto has already sold more than 60 per cent of its residences following a spring launch.
The 12-storey building is located in the community of Rosedale-Summerhill. Multiple full-floor residences priced between $16.5 million and $18 million in the upper half of the building sold quickly, resulting in the project quickly hitting 75 per cent of its total revenue and prompting North Drive to announce it would begin construction, stated a release.
Reflect Architecture is the designer, under the guidance of founder Trevor Wallace.
“The two-tone language of the building, as well as the respective detailing and thoughtful integration of features, create a visual narrative that speaks to the unique conditions of existing between the high street and the neighbourhood,” stated Wallace. “From the retail spaces on the ground floor to the intimate cafe or restaurant, to the loggias that serve as urban oases, every element works to add depth and sincerity to the building’s presence.”
One Roxborough West features 27 residential units. The remaining units range from 1,450 to 3,700 square feet and start in the $3 millions.
